• Camera – used to detect rider passes and measure lap times.
• Photo Library – used to save captured images and videos.
• Microphone – used when recording video.

Data Processing

• Rider detection and lap timing are processed on-device.
• Ponderless does not sell personal data.
• Ponderless does not use photos or videos for advertising.

Subscriptions

Ponderless Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Apple.

Data Storage

Captured photos, videos, and session data may be stored locally on your device.

Your Choices

• You can manage permissions in your device settings.
• You can cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
